Refund policy

At Studio Kempster, we aim to provide high-quality jewellery that you’ll love. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns Eligibility

• Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

• Items such as necklaces or other non-earring items may be returned if they are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Free Gifts: If your order included a free gift, it must also be returned in its original condition.

• Sale items, personalised items, and gift cards are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs

• If your order qualified for free delivery, £3 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs.

• Delivery costs for paid shipping options are non-refundable.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How to Return Your Item

1. Contact Us: Email us at info@studiokempster.com with your order number to initiate a return.

2. Prepare the Item: Securely package the item in its original condition with all tags, documentation, and any included free gifts.

3. Return Address: We will provide the return address when your return is authorised. Customers are responsible for organising and paying for return shipping.

4. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval and process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds will exclude restocking fees, delivery deductions, and any missing free gifts.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please email us immediately at info@studiokempster.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund without any deductions, and we will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
